Shipping Policy

1.    Shipping Timelines:

o    Delivery times vary based on location, with estimated shipping times of 3-4 business days domestically and 7-14 business days internationally.


2.    Shipping Costs:
o    Domestic shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package.
o    International shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination and the package's weight and size. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


3.    Order Tracking:
o    Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to track the shipment's progress.


4.    Shipping Providers:
o    We work with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.


5.    Backorders or Delays:
o    In the rare event of a backordered item or a shipping delay, we will promptly notify you of the situation and provide options, such as waiting for the backordered item or choosing an alternative product.

Returns Policy

1.    Returns and Exchanges:
o    We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


2.    Return Process:
o    Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. They will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
o    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items shipped.

 

3.    Refunds:
o    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

4.    Damaged or Defective Items:
o    In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.


5.    Non-Returnable Items:
o    Customized or personalized items, as well as products not in their original condition, may not be eligible for return or exchange.


6.    Restocking Fee:
o    A restocking fee may apply if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.
